Never a bad visit with Lithia Honda

I am not on my 3 car from Lithia Honda. Their entire team is execellent. I always know that they aren't going to jerk me around or sell me something I don't need. Their staff is always kind and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get the service you deserve. The new facility is great!

Honda Civic service

We are happy the service department is open on Saturdays. We live quite far and it would be impossible to bring our vehicle in during the week.

I only take my vehicles to Lithia Honda

Josh Saltmarsh has been taking care of my Hondas for years. I really like the fact that any time I need anything (tires, brakes, routine maintenance) I can call Josh. He handles my service from start to finish. He is really good about keeping me posted on the progress and estimated time of completion. Honda's prices are competitive and I am confident that I'm getting high quality service. Honestly though, Josh is the #1 reason that we keep coming back. Prices are important, but Josh's thorough handling of our issues gives us the confidence that our vehicles are being properly maintained. Thank you!

Purchase of 2015 Honda Accord V6 Coupe

Initially did an online search for my vehicle preference using the USAA Car Buying service. The service located my vehicle at Lithia Honda (Medford, OR). I then spoke with the listed sales person (Brandon Berg), and arranged to see the vehicle at the dealer's location. It was a very pleasant, no pressure experience dealing with Mr.Berg) and the finance person (Mr. Jacobs ?? ). I found and purchased the exact vehicle I was looking for.

Honda Van side molding

Tech was ready at the scheduled time and the part was in. Application of the part took just minutes and appears to have been correctly carried out. Happy Honda owner!
