We are very pleased with our new Honda Accord from Lithia Honda in Medford. Our salesperson, Sylvane, was very helpful, courteous, and considerate. All of the people we dealt with from start to finish were great. We hope our continued contact with this dealership will stay the same. We have no reason to believe it will be anything but "GREAT" based on our dealings for this purchase.

When the car we originally wanted was sold, Nate stepped in, found the car we wanted at another dealer, had it here the next day, and at a good price. He truly "made it right".

Took the car in for warranty tire rotation. It was done, the service staff at the counter were excellent, but, I don't think the tire pressure was checked, since the paper work did not indicate that they did and I had to put air in 2 of the tires at a gas station. I think most places check tire pressure when they rotate them.

Break repair recommendation by lithia was not supported by LesSchwab who I visited right after seeing lithia for an oil change. Wide selection of fresh donuts and hot coffee was really nice as was the waiting area.

Great people great service. I will definitely go back for my future purchases.
