Honda Car Service
The service department is excellent. The counter staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the repairs are expertly done. I have a 2007 CRV, and they never oversell the services I need. The new building on Crater Lake makes the experience all the better, and I appreciate the ability to rent a car at a low price while mine is being worked on.

Working with Ken Thomas has been a delight. All the service area personal have been professional and courteous. The quality of repair service has continually been to my satisfaction. I like that the staff recognize me by name and have shown a personal interest in meeting my service needs and keeping my family and I safe with recall notices and service needs. Lithia Honda review
We both purchased our car, a certified used car, and had the car serviced at Lithia Honda. The purchase experience was good. When we took the car in to be serviced, there was a tire issue that was settled to my satisfaction. At this point, I would say the dealership has done their job.

Nice place, but no doughnuts...
Overasll, a great new facility (still saw a couple of guys in hardhats finishing details "backstage"). I really do miss the doughnuts in the waiting area though, and there is no creamer for the coffee... not even the powdered stuff.
