Great oil change service

My car was in for an oil change and out within an hour with friendly service. 10/10 would drive 2 hours to Medford for an oil change again.

I was very pleased with the sales people @ Lithia. Aaron Breitenbach was VERY helpful, especially pleasant, had a good sense of humor, all in all a our experience was a decent one. NOT what I was expecting when I first went in. JT was also a very nice person to deal with but happened to be busy with another customer when we had returned to see the CRV, however, it didn't bother me to have to deal with Aaron. I really liked him. He is a big asset to your sales team as well as JT We love our 2012 CRV. Hope we still feel this way down the line. Thank you, Barbara A. McCahon

First Oil Change

Happy with the service. The wait time was long at one hour. Dealer does not take appointments for oil changes and does not seem to have a separate line for oil changes.
