Steve, here is the deal. Lithia Honda is the FIRST dealer I have allowed to work on my car and my wife's Subaru. We have a very bad experience at Medford Subaru. Keep up the good work and dont try to up-sell too much

Just leased my first car
Everything was great, but there was so much pressure. I felt uncomfortable saying that I wasn't ready. I wasn't given the option to say no. I had to force my way out on day one and that made the process much more difficult.

Underpromised and overdelivered!
Went in for routine oil change and had low pressure light for tires on. I was a little crunched for time and concerned about getting out to pick up a friend at the airport. They overestimated the time and I waited, but they actually finished in half the estimated time and then the guy who did the work made sure to reset the pressure light! Just the little touches. Thanks everyone!

Quick Lube Oil Change
Got their in at the right time, only one car ahead of me. Check-in was a breeze as I had life-time oil change on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Said the wait would be 45 minutes or so and that's what it was. Used the waiting area to catch up on some reading for a class. Steven, your Jeep is ready. No well, you need this, the thing-a-ma-bob is out of whack, OMG this vehicle will self destruct if you don't have us fix this.... you get the drift. I wanted an oil change and that's what I got. Yes, the safety checklist noted a couple of items that needed attention, but I already new that. If I had the money, I'd get them fixed. Don't have the dough so its deferred maintenance. Love this place.
