Accord

Second time within 18 months that I came from central California to get a car from you guys. Usually takes about 3-5 months for me to get everything taken care of on my end and Mark was with me the whole way. No pressure and was always great. Would easily recommend you to any of my friends/colleagues in same situation.

Amazing Salesperson

Amazing

I desired a performance car for a long time now, previously owning a 2015 Honda Civic si and I pretty much wanted to upgrade to something better. I have been eyeing the 2018 Honda Civic type r for sometime now and they helped me through the process of obtaining one. This was the 3rd car I bought through them and have to say the customer service and professionalism was outstanding. There knowledge about the financing process was very firm and there was no transparency in the deal at all. They were willing to work with us on every level to accommodate our needs. Shout out to Billy Day, probably the one of the salesmen and person while we’re at that I have dealt with!

Service was fast and easy.

This was my first time coming in for service and it was fast, comfortable, and pleasant. I bought lifetime oil changes, and didn't know what to expect. It was a pleasant experience, with no hassle and no pressure to spend more money on work, additives, etc. Thank you!

Friendly and helpful staff and service

I have always gotten great service and very friendly people. The wait area is clean. The only thing I would suggest would be to have donuts 🍩 or something similar to snack on while waiting

Lithia ROCKS!

Mr Saltmarsh took extra time to answer my questions and really helped me understand some things about my car that I didnt get. I appreciated his patience and enthusiasm. I was surprised that Lithia was actually cheaper than the chain I usually go to for an oil change. I will be back!

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff
