Purchase of new CRV EX-L

We were very pleased with our recent experience purchasing a new CRV EX-L at lithe Honda in Medford, Oregon. Their no hassle buying process certainly makes buying a car much more pleasant than the old bargaining system. Having done some research ahead of time we felt we received a very reasonable price. We worked with salesman Billy Day. He was exceptionally helpful, even delivering the vehicle to your home on the weekend and completing the paper work without another visit to the dealership. We were 100% satisfied.

My experience buying my new Honda Pilot was great. Salesperson, Billy Day, was extremely helpful and allowed us plenty of time to test drive the SUV and expertly explained all features. Everyone was helpful, friendly and organized, which made the buying process easy and quick.

service maintenence visit

I was met by Josh immediately who was friendly and answered by questions. The service man explained what else needed done besides me regular maintenance of my CRV. 2016 Always a good experience

They find outwhat was wrong with my car filter when i was there was oil change and was done within short time period and i dont have too wait solong.

We were met in the parking lot by Nicholas, who stayed with us for the entire time - even helped us syncing my phone to the new Clarity - he was terrific!

Lithia Honda Medford New Car Purchase

First off let me complain about this form. It requires me to put in at least 50 words on the subject before it allows me to complete the review. I don't want or have the time to write an essay on how good my service was or was not. I strongly considered deleting the whole response based on this essay but I also know they are important to the sales staff and management. I strongly urge the company with this research discontinue the requirement for an Essay. Now, as far as buying my car was concerned. I truly appreciate both Mark and Jarrod's help with purchasing this, now third new Honda from Lithia Honda. Both were great, professional, and did not give me a runaround. I will no doubt return to them again if I am able. Thank you Gentlemen for your help and support on this purchase.

honda and bmw service

Last week i had my wife's BMW, my Honda Accord, and my Dodge pickup serviced. I have written before about the excellent service at BMW (thanks Brandon and Mike) and Honda. They are above the 5 stars allowed, in service and professional relationship. Thanks Gerad and Josh. I considered buying a new Accord, thanks to Matt showing me around, but Honda does such a great job keeping my older Accord in great condition that I couldn't justify it yet. Sounds like a commercial, but the prices are really good right now, and discounted. Still tempted. But, when ready, it will be from Lithia.
