Car Repair
All was great! Jayson is an awesome representative for Lithia! He always goes above and beyond. I only marked down the Quality of repair because there was a plastic cover that was removed to access the antennae that was not put back in and I found it on the floor of my cargo area. Other than that, the timing was great, service was great, and I'm happy to have a non-floppy antennae.

Oil change
I went in for an oil change. It took longer than anticipated but they were helping some folks whose brake line broke in their old Dodge pickup.

Buying used to leasing
I had originally come in with the intention of buying a used car off the lot and I had already been to several so I was getting quite annoyed, but I happened to talk to the salesperson Billy Day and he was exceptional. He informed of a special they were running for leasing and explained the process to me and really helped me decide to go for leasing instead of buying. Also the experience was relatively quick and not too much hassle.
