Superb Sales Person & Dealership!

I live in San Francisco & flew up to Medford, Oregon to purchase a used Honda Accord. Brian Smith was my salesperson & he gave above average service. The car was BETTER than described & the entire transaction was handled professionally & smoothly. If you're looking for a dealership that cares about honesty & integrity then I highly recommend Lithia Honda & sales rep Brian Smith. It's a best in class dealership! PS: I drove the car home, (400 mile trip) and received a text from Brian wishing me well. This is the kind of service you don't find much anymore.

Goodbye Civic, Great Buy Odyssey!

I went in for an oil change and came home with a new car. This is my second Odyssey so it was an easy sell but Mark T. made the process seamless and I didn't feel pressured or detained. I love my new rig and appreciated having a kind and experienced salesman working with me.

No pressure,very nice experience.

Wasn't able to get payments as low as I wanted but price was reasonable with kbb My first time with Lithia honda,looked online for this suv,reply was prompt

Great Service

oil and tire rotate Honda Accord sport special edition 2017

Great service with no problems or issues and no extra stuff to charge for. Go there for great expert, timely service. Everything went smoothly. Full synthetic oil.

Always helpful and courteous. Lets you know of any problems.

The staff is always there to help you. They are friendly and courteous. I would recommend Lithia Honda to friends for sure! I can not believe the staff from sales, financing and loan approval..

Detailed and understanding

I bought my vehicle at Lithia Honda and when I brought my car back for an oil change, I was able to relax, watch t.v, and have a donut while they worked on my Honda. The change took 50 minutes which is nice because I know they are actually taking their time; furthermore, my representative that day, Jared, let me know about minor fixes that needed to be done but I didn't feel pressured or confused (a norm for auto shops) when talking about the repairs.

Brandon is Amazing!

I can’t imaging a better Sales Experience that what we had at Medford Honda. BRANDON was very nice. Although his haircut was pretty awful ;-)
