No waiting!

No wait, even on a Saturday morning. I requested a special "trip check" in addition to the oil change. Very accomodating, pleasant, and thorough. Pleased with service.

Great Service

I came in for an oil change. They took my car in with almost no wait (even with people in line before me. They were very friendly, explained the service they would be doing and had me on my way very quickly.

Lithia Honda - Great Experience

Buying a new vehicle from Lithia Honda in Medford was a pleasant non-pressured experience and they were easy to work with. They gave me a fantastic deal on my car, but I also had done my homework and knew my buy price before I visited the facility. Im very pleased with experience and they were very accommodating in teaching me how to set up and use my new car. I would buy from them again in the future.

Oil change great service

Tony was a very nice service representative. He didn’t pressure me to do anything extra other than the oil change I requested. They were fast too!

Service survey

I brought the car in for 15000 mile service (lube/oil). During service I was told the tires should be rotated. All went great and I left. I live in Eagle Point. Just as I was arriving home the low pressure light came on so I turned around to Lithea (extra 19 miles) and 45 min later I find out the reset on tire pressure was not done causing the light to turn on. Not good. Other than this mishap the service call was very good and the service personnel were very helpful

Very nice ,friendly people. No high pressure sales.

The salesperson Nic, was super helpful. Nic was great from start to drive away. The GM even came out and was very nice. Something you don't see in other dealerships! I could not be happier. I will buy a car here again.

Absolutely wonderful

From the moment I rolled onto the lot to when I left with my new set of keys, I was greeted with kind smiles and positive handshakes. My salesman was informative and excited which got me excited about the entire experience. I am so glad I came to Lithia to do this deal.

Lithia Honda Medford Oregon

When we went to Lithia Honda we were very apprehensive.But after meeting with Alyssa and telling her what exactly we were looking for she showed us a few cars and we knew she was there to help us with what we wanted. I highly recommend Lithia Honda they got us what we wanted for the price and payments we wanted. It wasn't an all day experience trying to get what we wanted. Thank you again Alyssa, JT, and Uriah.
