Excellent service and a superior product. Loved the way the salesman went above and beyond to make sure he was being fully honest about the product. Pointing out differences between models, so I was clear on what I was buying. He even came in on his day off to sell me the car. Finance officer was not too pushy and sales manager was reasonable. Overall great team and the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car. Great job.

No appointment walk in service; we were immediately met by a service representative who took time to explain to us the various service requirements. Our service was completed timely and the representative again took time to walk us over to the payment window. Very smooth and courteous service!

Always get great service everyone is nice. I go in every 3 months to get my oil changed and everyone remembers me. Would recommend to everyone

Jayson and the cashier were very friendly and courteous. I like the that there is plenty of waiting area and that some of the areas are quiet so that I could read.

My automobile purchase went smoothly from the test drive, to sale, to pickup of the car. The price was as indicated on the Trucar web site. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and they all were knowledgeable about the car and were able to answer all my questions.

Having to travel five hours round trip to get service it's imperative that everything that can be done, be done when I go there. I received excellent service from Gerad, who made sure that all my concerns were met and he checked for any recalls or bulletins. I was very satisfied with there service and the time it took to get everything done. Highly recommend them for sales and service.

Everyone was nice and answered my questions. They checked my warranty and found items that were covered, which reduced my overall cost. I appreciated that. I only wish they offered a vacuum and/or car wash with the service. That said - Jayson was very nice and helpful.

My husband and I brought two of our vehicles over for service. My husband had an oil change, spark plucks, tune-up, etc on our 2008 Honda Accord. We also had an oil change on our 2014 Dodge Ram 1500.
