Out with the old, in with the new!

Late night internet scrolling I came across an ad for specials and deals on a handful of NEW cars, didn’t think much of it as I thought for sure I was too far upside down In my current vehicle. None the less I sent an email and was told to come take a look the next morning. I didn’t know that once I arrived and picked my favorite that I’m less than 2 hours I’d be leaving in my first BRAND NEW CAR! Special thanks to Nate & JT for making this happen AND, making it happen to easily!

2018 si

Local dealer could not help me. Called over to Medford Honda they helped me right away! drove over there they greeted me and helped me thru all the steps and shortly after drove away in a new Honda. These guys rock!

Straight forward and no high pressure

Everyone I spoke or dealt with was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. The facility is large and attractive, and there is a lot of inventory on the premises. They will try to sell you a car and close the deal, and do it nicely. It was actually easier and faster buying my new Honda than it was buying a new cell phone at Best Buy.

Efficient service. Brought my Honda CRV in for a recall and left with a new car! They made it very easy. There are two Joshuas in the service dept. Hope I have the right one! Thank you all.

Very good experience.

In general, I really dislike buying cars or trucks. In this case Earl, aka "Bruce", was informative and very helpful yet, at the same time, did not come across as pushy. As car buying experiences go, this one was rather pleasant.

Very courteous staff in service ...

You can tell about any business buy dealing with their service department. If they stand behind the product they sell makes them worth getting my business. I wish every business would follow their footsteps. Thumbs UP. It was done in exact time they told us. Waiting was no problem for they have a beautiful waiting area with coffee, donuts and wending machine.

Scotch guarded

Excellent Customer Service !! No hassle friendly Service Department!!! Waiting in the customer service area was pleasant!! We enjoyed walking around looking at the new inventory while we waited

Excellent Time

Fast and friendly. They listened to our needs and request so we bought a car. This is our first Honda and so far so good. Thank You Medford Honda Team! As I am in sales for another company the one thing I would have like to have known while picking a color and trim is information about the leather treatment options, the wife and I would have gone a different route with color and trim. Still Thank You.
