New Highlander
My wife and I purchased a new Highlander at Doxon Toyota as a member of Costco. This was the fastest and most enjoyable experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle. Kari was pleasant to work with on our purchase and answered all our questions that we had. We knew what we wanted in advance and never felt any pressure to choose anything else. A very nice and relaxed car buying experience.

I came to Doxon Toyota because I was so pleased with my previous car purchase. I also asked for Ken because he was the salesman who sold me my 2008 RAV4. This purchase took about 2 1/2 hrs, which was much faster than before. It was great to get home before dark. I love my new car!

Service
Bill Ponton is an "EXCELLANT" service personal, give him a raise... At Doxon in Auburn Washington... As for those that wash and clean a car, "Please" ask them to be more detailed... There were spots on the mirrors and windows and the door jams were still dirty, and the tires still had dirt on the side...

I work swing shift
I work nights and get up 2-4 hrs early for my appointments. Needless to say, I may not always be my usual ray of sunshine. Bill has always gone above and beyond to help me out. Understanding my schedule is a big thing to me. Thanks

Oil change
I have a 2013 RAV4 purchased in July and thought I needed an oil change. Because of the excellent records that are kept by Doxon and the honesty of Doxon, I was informed that I do not need one until May. I've been going to Doxon for my service for many years (1997 Camry until I purchased the RAV4 and appreciate their honesty and vs tactic customer service. I love my RAV4! Also, thanks for the car washing.

recall airbag
The employee that gave me the appointment from the recall center never contacted my local dealership so when I got there I had no appointment, but they took care of me right away and they were very busy. They even washed the car afterwards. Great customer service at the local dealership.
