This is the fourth car we have purchased from way scarf. We’ve purchased two new. And two used cars. The experience every time has been great. The staff there has always been great. This last visit we needed a car for a daughter. Will, are salesman, helped us find a great used car. Never felt pressured to do anything. We’ve had this car for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier. Would and have recommended Way Scarff to anyone.

I originally bought my Ford Focus Titanium from Way Scarff Ford 5 years ago and was very happy with the service and recommended friends and family. I owned my car for 5 years with no problems. I have become legally blind, so I decided to take advantage of the 50/50 Profit Sharing program., where they buy back your car. This experience was VERY DISAPPOINTING. It took 5 weeks for them to issue a check . They told me it would take 10 days. I Never heard back if they sold the car, if it needed repairs or if I would be receiving any profit sharing $$, Chris promised he would call back in 24 hrs, with any information and I never got a call. It certainly wasn't what they advertised, and they really let me down. I won't be recommending them again. Very sad considering my first car was purchased from Bowen Scarff about 45 years ago.
