I had to wait more than expected service time and one of my license plate was also misplaced which I never got back.

I was not impressed with the service department.

I was not impressed with the service department. We brought our X5 in, parked it in the service room, was told to wait for a tech to contact us. We waited about 15 minutes then they asked for the keys and ordered us a Lyft. They did not ask questions before the service nor did they explain anything after the service. Just handed us the invoice.

Ive met with several representatives for maintenance on my bme. Saf has done the extra mile for me even when busy. They use to offer rentals/loaner cars but they dont as often but they offer a complimentary lyft. Be sure to ask how ling it will take so you wont be stuck without a car for a couple of days and see if they can accommodate in any way

We got our car for this dealership and worked with Nikolay Sukhov. Overall experience was excellent. He was very friendly and cordial, walk us through all the processes, never tried to oversell any products. Always kept us informed of delivery updates. Explained all the car function and features patiently to us after we got the keys. I will recommend this dealership.

Great Service, Angel is always there to help

I came in for general servicing and replacing / updating tires. Angel was a delight to work with. He explained all details cleanly and carefully and also accommodated additional requests for timely competition and pickup/drop. He helped me get additional discounts which was added bonus. My experience with BMW Bellevue has always been great and I feel the people there do actually value customer service and satisfaction.

I had my X1 in to Bellevue BMW because I hit something

I had my X1 in to Bellevue BMW because I hit something and ruined my front tire. BMW got me in quickly and kept me well informed. They could have easily said I needed 4 new tires but they measured the tread and I only needed two.

Great Experience at BMW of Bellevue

We had an awesome experience purchasing a new Z4 at BMW of Bellevue. Chrystal Pham (our sales person) and Zahid Baloch (the sales manager) were great to work with. Very transparent on pricing, no pressure to buy now, and took time after the sale to make sure we were familiar with the vehicle. Highly recommend this store and would purchase another car there when the time comes.
