Service was very good.

Service was very good. I waited and the service was done in a timely fashion. My agent, Angel Pineda went above and beyond to help me by removing some sap on my windshield so I didn't ruin my new wipers.

Service was good, however i was told i need some

Service was good, however i was told i need some additional service for added price (did not make any sense since the car is 1 yo) a totally up sell for no reason.

I’ve driven BMW s for over 15 years.

I’ve driven BMW s for over 15 years. Dealer refused to let me test drive an unpurchased X5 45e they had sitting on the lot because they wanted to “keep the miles low so they could try and sell it over MSRP.” Said I would have to drive a gas only X5 instead and condescendingly told me it would be the same drive. Uh, no. Good luck with your price gouging but I will buy my next vehicle elsewhere (with a dealer who acts like they want the business) and will also be taking my current BMW elsewhere for maintenance from now on, whereas I had been a long time service customer (also had numerous poor service issues this year - service has gone downhill).

Sarah Bayou arranged for an extended test drive of the impressive new iX but advised that there was a long waiting list. I asked her to contact me if there was an order cancellation. One month later, she called with news of a cancellation, and we purchased the vehicle and took delivery before the ev tax credit was eliminated for the iX. I was not charged an additional dealer markup, despite it being a hot market for this car. The iX is great and I am very happy with the buying experience at BMW Bellevue.
