We traded in our beloved "Mav" for an F150 Limited at Bowen Scarff with the expert guidance of Jason Granstrand. Jason made the whole experience drama free and super enjoyable. He also knew that truck inside and out showing the cameras, towing, setting up our phones and everything else we needed to know in order to enjoy such a content rich vehicle (which we are enjoying very much by the way). Last week we bought a vehicle from Chris Kelly at Bowen Scarff Ford, and it was by and far the least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. Chris was knowledgeable, helpful and no-pressure(!) and he helped us arrive at a number we were comfortable with. We will definitely return to Chris and Bowen Scarff for our next vehicle purchase.

I had the best car buying experience at Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA. I first started to look at Ford Bronco Sports and the sales people called me but there was no pressure. I had heard some great things from friends and they recommended Brandon Hopper. I got an email from Chris, a product expert and he was able to answer all my questions and schedule a test drive with Brandon. All of my questions were answered and doubts were diminished. There was no pressure.They even let me take the car I was interested in overnight which immediately sold me on the type of car and this dealership. This place is the best!
