Today I brought home a truck that I purchased from Brandon Hopper at this dealership in Kent. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. It was no-nonsense, no game playing, a kind and professional sales rep. He was knowledgeable, we went the extra mile, great communication, I can’t say enough good things!!!! It was worth the longer drive to purchase this truck from Brandon.

A big thank you to Chris Kelly for a fabulous truck buying experience. We went in looking for a used truck. Chris helped us and answered lots of questions in an easy-going manner. It was just like talking to the guy next door. He was not high pressure, which we appreciated and would not have gone back if he was. Instead, after we left, we decided to order a new truck that would fit our exact specifications so we called Chris and let him know. He easily walked us through the process and answered questions along the way. Of course, when the truck finally arrived from Ford, it was over the top perfect. We love it. If you’re in the market for a Ford vehicle, I highly recommend Chris Kelly, he is reliable and very easy to work with. The finance manager, Chris Wright, is also fabulous. He explained all the additional options, answered all of our questions, is very knowledgeable, and again, not high pressure which we appreciated. Thank you to both Chris and Chris!

Great overall experience, Chris Kelly (our salesman) was the best, same with Christopher Right (finance guy) were personable and easy to talk to and understand. I always dread going to a car dealer, and the haggling that it involves. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that haggling was not involved! The price was fair, our sales rep Chris Kelly was very pleasant and helpful, and he made the purchase process painless. Rob also was helpful and NOT pushy when talking with us about a service contract and other add-ons. There was no pressure to add a service that I did not think I needed. Chris followed up a few days later to make sure all was well with the car and that I had no additional questions. I would definitely go back to Bowen Scarff for another car purchase.

Jason Granstrand was my salesperson, and he was most helpful with helping to find a truck to purchase. His patience and consideration when we decided not to purchase the truck made this buying experience more of a learning experience and that I will consider going back to work with Jason when I am prepared to make this purchase.

Chris was not only helpful but went above and beyond when it was time this Mom finally got her dream truck, went in to check out the F150 King Ranch. Drove the king Ranch but didnt feel the super drive vibes, then went over and test drove the F150 Raptor. Wow, the feel of a big nice truck and the comfort and and cant forget About the Power. Wow, just wow. Momma got her Dream Truck. Thanks Chris, for your patients and your knowledgeable expertise on these trucks. Mom is Extremely Happy.

I requested info about a car through a third party website and Chris Kelly was the one to reply to my inquiry. He was very quick with his responses and made me a walk-through video of the car immediately without me even having to ask. Once we decided to come test drive the car, he had it ready and waiting when we pulled up to the dealership. We decided to purchase, and he made the experience easy, relatively quick and painless. Chris was really knowledgeable, even sharing some of his personal experiences with aftermarket accessories for his own car. He was great to work with! Thanks, Chris!

These guys are great. First of all, they KNOW the cars they sell. There wasn't a single question I asked that they couldn't answer. Secondly, they aren't a high pressure dealer. I got a fair price on an amazing SUV. All the stuff other dealers try to up-charge you for (Nitrogen tire fills, clear coating, etc.) came free from these guys. Jason, Brandon, and Rob were all fantastic. When you go there, ask for any of these guys and you'll be treated right.

Chris Kelly was great during the entire car buying process. Very easy from arriving to test drive to breakdown of price to financing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.
