All around excellent experience.

All around excellent experience. Jason in sales was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Was a pleasure to have him work with us. Chris in finance went above and beyond to help us walk away with a deal we were happy with. I would highly recommend working with both of them. The rest of the team was also very friendly, making this a pleasurable experience for us.

Last week we bought a vehicle from Chris Kelly at Bowen

Last week we bought a vehicle from Chris Kelly at Bowen Scarff Ford, and it was by and far the least stressful vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. Chris was knowledgeable, helpful and no-pressure(!) and he helped us arrive at a number we were comfortable with. We will definitely return to Chris and Bowen Scarff for our next vehicle purchase.

Really had an excellent experience!

Really had an excellent experience! Jason Granstrand was very helpful. The staff was very up front with all parts of the transaction and wanted to be fully transparent with all aspects of the sale. Really enjoyed the experience and I will try to work with the again going forward.

I had the best car buying experience at Bowen Scarff Ford

I had the best car buying experience at Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA. I first started to look at Ford Bronco Sports and the sales people called me but there was no pressure. I had heard some great things from friends and they recommended Brandon Hopper. I got an email from Chris, a product expert and he was able to answer all my questions and schedule a test drive with Brandon. All of my questions were answered and doubts were diminished. There was no pressure.They even let me take the car I was interested in overnight which immediately sold me on the type of car and this dealership. This place is the best!

I had an outstanding experience working with Pablo on the purchase of my new Ford Explorer Tremor! From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, walked me through all the features, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism. He never pressured me and genuinely worked to get me the best deal possible. Pablo went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. My wife and I went car shopping the other day and stopped

My wife and I went car shopping the other day and stopped at a couple of Ford dealerships, we've been sold on Ford since before we were married something over 50 years ago. The first ones we stopped at the salespeople didn't seem know what was in inventory and what the options and cost were. Our last stop was Bowen Scarff in Kent where we were met by Brandon Hopper who knew not only what was in inventory but also the majority of options available and approximant cost, granted some of it was in his phone but he didn't have to keep running back to the office to get the information. He was informed easy to talk to and made suggestions that we hadn't considered and not all of the increased the cost several actually decreased the cost but provided the options we were looking for. I hope he's still there we when buy our next car.
