Bowen Scarff Ford

I'm disappointed in the integrity of Bowen Scarff leadership. I purchased my truck there and have had it consistently maintained, including a recent and significant investment in new brakes, brake fluid service, spark plug replacement and other preventative services. Upon returning home, I noticed the skid plate was hanging down underneath my truck and discovered that a bolt had been overtightened and tore out the corner of the plate. The dealership acknowledged removing and reinstalling the plate, but would not take responsibility for the damage. I had to return to the dealership and pay for a new skid plate. I will not be doing business with Bowen Scarff in the future and I would advise all my connections to consider my experience before establishing a relationship with this organization in the future.

Working with Chris Kelly was the best dealer purchase experience I’ve ever had! Ask for him! He answered every question, and even made a great impression on my 17 year old son… possibly gained a future customer. Great experience, great sales, great dealership.

Singlehandedly the BEST automotive purchase experience I've had in the State! Chris in sales was amazing! He was very informative, direct and ACTIVE! He talked me through the entire process, required documents and even the appraisal for my trade (which they gave me an amazing value on). But I tip my hat to Chris W in finance. This gentleman was informative, thorough and communicated in a way that didn't leave me lost in paperwork. By thorough, I mean this gentleman created an initial offer, mwt with me in person, reviewed said offer and made an (successful) attempt to find me and even BETTER OFFER, all this on date of pick up! If i am ever in a position of purchasing another vehicle, Bowen Scarff Ford, and Chris W from finance will be my very first location and choice... Can't say enough about these guys efforts to provide the BEST purchasing experience.

Can’t say enough about the customer service my wife and I received for our recent purchase. We arrived later in the evening and Jack took care of us until we finished our purchase (past business hours.) great energy and very attentive in answering questions and the level of transparency exceed my expectations. The whole team was great but make sure you ask for Jack if you are looking for a new car.

I can’t speak more highly of a car transaction than the one I just had at Bowen Scarff Ford! Chris Kelly provided wonderful service including a specific request I had on the refurbishing of the car I bought. It is obvious this is a family owned dealership that skips all the bad stuff so many dealers do today.

He guided us through the process of ordering a new Maverick from the factory. He kept us updated throughout the order/build/delivery process. TJ was friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. It seems like a relatively laid-back dealership - no pressure to buy which I appreciated. I got a better interest rate financing through them instead of my bank and they were good about setting up all the paperwork. I would recommend this dealership.
