Brandon Hopper at Bowen Scarff Ford is by far the easiest person to work with when purchasing a vehicle. We had been to other dealers and chose to purchase from Bowen Scarff because of our interactions with Brandon. He was knowledgeable, transparent and not pushy at all, unlike at other dealerships we have been to. He was considerate of our time and kept us informed throughout each step. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from Bowen Scarff.

Chris Kelly was awesome to work with. We agree on a price before I made the 5 hour trip. We couldn't make the trip for 3 days and they stayed good to their word on the agreed price for a Mustang. Chris had all of the documents and car ready to go when we got to the dealership. I can't say enough good things about how well the transaction was handled. Thank you!! 5 Stars!

I found a truck I was interested in on their dealership website and contacted Jason to discuss the truck. Jason was responsive in every way and answered all of my questions over a two-day period. There was no pressure by Jason for me to hurry, rush or do anything I was not ready to do. I decided to make the 60 mile drive to the Dealership from my home and Jason set me up with Brandon who was very knowledgeable on the truck I was looking at. The process was very smooth the entire time with Brandon and we able to soon to negotiate a deal I was very pleased. The Finance Manger Christopher was easy to work and took me through process seamlessly. I had a great experience and the whole team at Bowen Scarff are on their game. Big thanks to Jason, Brandon and Christopher for providing the professional service that every customer deserves.

Thank you Ali Gurgen! I started my search at Sound Ford of Renton and unfortunately had a very poor experience. From the beginning, the interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I came in with a vehicle that had already been appraised at over $40,000, yet they immediately offered me around $30,000 for my trade-in without and reasonable explanation. It felt like they were intentionally undervaluing my vehicle and dismissing its actual market value. What made the experience worse was the attitude from Michael (Manager). The conversation came across as condescending, and instead of working with me to find a fair deal, it felt more like pressure tactics and misleading statements about both my vehicle and the Ford Lightning's depreciation. Rather than making me feel like a valued customer, the experience made me feel disrespected and frustrated. After leaving, I went to Bowen Ford and had a completely different experience. Ali Gurgen treated me professionally, respected the value of my trade-in, and offered over $43,000 right off the bat, without games or unnecessary pressure. The difference in customer service between the two dealerships was night and day. I hope this feedback help improve how future customers are treated, because my experience at Sound Ford of Renton was extremely disappointed.

My family has been going to this dealership since 2020 we first got our cars from Daniel amazing guy but he’s on the fleet side now. Daniel introduce us to Jason ! Jason is an amazing and salesman he’s NOT there to play games or run your pockets dry like other dealerships. I gave him a specific number on my budget and he nailed it. Then on the financial side can’t say how much I appreciate Rob that guy is beyond amazing he deserves a promotion ford ! He truly treats you like family and looks out for and takes care of you!! Please go see them you won’t be disappointed

I purchased a Maverick. Brandon was my salesman and he went so far as picking me up at my house when I needed a ride to the dealership. This is the 6th car I have purchased from Bowen Scarf over the years and I have never had any problems.
