Best choice

I have my RAM truck serviced here and it’s a 40+ min drive to get there but it’s the best place in the greater Seattle area. They are honest about telling you what needs service and what can wait or is just normal for the age of the truck. It’s not the least expensive place or the fastest but honestly it’s the best overall value.

The service dept is top notch… super friendly & look out

The service dept is top notch… super friendly & look out for the customer! I need new wiper blades and the service advisor told me there expensive and I appreciated that.

Backup camera works again

The service is always good, friendly and proffessional. The service department always does great work. Sales department is well informed and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to friends.

Jara was so incredible helpful on getting my new car all set up. He delivered my car to my home and stayed to get everything programmed the way I wanted it. It was the best car salesman experience I’ve ever had.

Worst customer service ever blamed me factory defect and

Worst customer service ever blamed me factory defect and argued about fixing. Whatever happened to factory warranty up to 36k, complained to manager finally covered grad bar under warranty. Service rep Chris has no business working a customer service position. 30 years of buying Ram time to look elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle avoid Rairdons.
