Thank you Joe, Meaghan represents Rairdons Culture of Care & is an asset to our team. We appreciate you.
I had the worst customer experience at Rairdon's.
I had the worst customer experience at Rairdon's. They practically took $1200 from me. On 2/15, I purchased a 2018 Audi Sq5 with 39K miles from their lot. The sales process was smooth, however when i took the car home that same night, the car would not start. I called them and they told me to bring the car in, which i did the next day (2/16) after jump starting the car again. I asked if they could diagnose the car the same day as i suspected that it just needed a new battery. They said they would rather send to another service center who specializes in Audi which made sense to me. The next day I called the outside service center and they said that it likely needs a new fuel injector/pump and that they werent sure how long it would take to order/receive the parts. At this point I was starting to get anxious since I literally just purchased the car and it wasnt what I signed up for. I spoke with several folks including the GM and told them that I wanted to unwind the deal since the car was not functional as sold. One of the managers (abdul) made me feel like they were doing me a favor by fixing it since the car was sold as-is and that i didnt purchase the extended warranty from them. The GM said he would only be willing to unwind the deal if i paid $1200 (specifically in cash) because of work that they've already done in prepping the sale of my car (supposed detailing - which they did not, ordered new parts). Its funny how much supposed work they've already done in a day while the car i purchased from them was sitting on a lot at another dealership waiting to be serviced. The finance manager tried to smooth things over in the end by offering to put me in a better loaner while the car was being repaired or replace it with another car on the lot. At that point it was a little too late as I already had a bad taste in my mouth and the dealership had already lost my trust.
