After having my most racist experience at the cdjr

After having my most racist experience at the cdjr dealership in Renton I decided to try my luck at the Kirkland dealership. Before I made the drive all the way up there I called the store and asked them specific questions about the vehicle I was inquiring and over the phone they just kept telling me to come in and they can definitely help me out. When I got there the greeting I got was not the warmest. I sat down with them and asked them the same question I asked before. They weren’t willing to work with me the way they were speaking to me on the phone. I asked specific questions about lease prices and they proceed to tell me numbers that didn’t even make sense at all especially when you do the calculations. After I expressed me concern about the numbers not making any sense they proceeded to tell me that if they don’t make sense to me than that just sucks and that the numbers will make sense to someone else. It seems to be a constant trend of cdjr dealerships not wanting to help me out. It’s probably because I am an African man in my 20s. I would recommend everyone to look elsewhere especially if you’re like me.

I have been doing business with Rairdon's for the past 13

I have been doing business with Rairdon's for the past 13 years, this is the fifth new vehicle I have purchased from them. They have a great selection, price competitive and their customer service is excellent, looking forward to my next purchase.

Mostly great

Mostly great. As far as diagnosing and addressing the problem I took the car in for - all is fine. However, they did a something/point checkup and actually managed to let enough air out of my tires that the car complained. So I had to go out of my way to re-inflate all of them. Kind of crazy, but whatever. Probably just one bad mechanic out of many good ones. Never had this issue before. Hope they fix it.

This dealership doesn’t understand the first thing about customer service. I have never had a great experience. How they still in business is beyond. The entire branch should shut down. It would most likely be the best thing they would do for their customers.

Nate was the person I worked with he was very informative

Nate was the person I worked with he was very informative and helpful his understanding of what needed to be done and the care he took of my 2002 prowler was outstanding I will be working with him again

Great Service Experience

I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xE in for service when the check engine light came on after less than 5,000 miles. They diagnosed the issues as an auxiliary cooling pump and replaced the part under warranty which they had to special order. Meaghan was great to work with and kept me up to date

Service Scammers and Shady Dealership!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE SHADY xxx'S FOR SERVICE... only had cabin filter changed with them since purchase, went to change myself for the first time today, guess what ZERO cabin filter was in my Jeep, it's just not there... crazy... every time you go in, guess what you have a blinker out, even though you go there with all working lights and good bulbs, laughable... had a service done year ago, dip'ish put a seal in wrong backwards, had to replace the entire differential.. it was under warranty THANK GOD, they had to replace the entire differential, tech was fired following day.. Thanks for the new differential & Thanks for the smell that probably caused cancer on the entire drive home... went in for some service issues this last year, had some issues not doubt, over 5k in cost... told them not a chance, still billed me 1500 for the estimate including an oil change.. drove it home, had transmission noise that was not present when I went in, no doubt they f with your ish when it doesn't go their way... had the tranny serviced at a mom and pop shop, shocker noise and issue was fixed... i could not express this any more, DO NOT GO HERE, EVER.. they are total shady crooks, I NEVER leave reviews but the no cabin filter at all on replacement today was the deal breaker.. wonder how much other ish they took off my vehicle and said they replaced on services... BOOO THIS MAN!
