Took car in for one simple issue and wound up with three
Took car in for one simple issue and wound up with three other findings. Communication was slow in the beginning and initial expectation was far from end results. After day 4 I was finally made aware a loaner car “might” be available. Final pricing discussed over phone was $200 less than what I was presented with when picking up vehicle. The work performed appears to be of good quality but overall experience was far from pleasant. If you have another option for maintenance, use it.

Poor vehicle prep
Came in for a truck. Buying process was decently smooth. Wouldn’t provide a full tank which seems very old school and unprofessional. Unfortunately they had the truck I wanted. People were nice. Upon taking delivery I found a lot of crumbs all over the front seat that we’re not there during the test drive. Seems like detailer or sales guy was eating in the car during prep. No coffee or snacks or water offered.

Buyer be ware.
Buyer be ware. Dishonest, misleading, high pressure sales tactics. The sales team changed the price and contract 3 times, then ‘forgot’ to send the refund check promised in the contract. Don’t do business here unless you’re looking to be lied to and like having someone try to swindle you.
