Terrible experience and the salesperson was nasty, rude

Terrible experience and the salesperson was nasty, rude and out of line. I called and left a message for the owner of the dealership to call me about my experience, as of yet I have not heard from him.

The Service department for Good Chev of Renton is all

The Service department for Good Chev of Renton is all about gouging your pockets bit by bit with each phone call without any resolution to the problem. The only solution is pay more so we can continue to dig deeper in your pocket books! $2000 I still don’t have any answers and they want to charge $3000 just to assess more…. Go somewhere else! The Rep Kenny didn’t even say thanks when I left. Just handed me the papers and walked off. No class or customer service!!!

We like to refer to this place now as No-Good Chevrolet!

We like to refer to this place now as No-Good Chevrolet! Lets just say this, amongst several issues, they sent us home after we paid full price with an empty gas tank!

Customer service sucks.

Customer service sucks. Their techs don’t seem to know how to do anything. I brought my car in for an oil change and a noise. It took them all day to do the oil change, I was told the tech didn’t hear any noise (service advisor heard the noise when he checked my car in) when I turned my car on the noise was still there. It is now louder than before. I will not be going back
