I have the pleasure with working with Natashia Wilson and she is fantastic. Very professional and she knows what is doing in her trade. She is the only person that I will very work with on a day to day basis, she's number one in my book.

Tashia is wonderful.

Tashia is wonderful. The level of professionalism and experience she brings is so appreciated. I no longer dread taking my vehicle in for maintenance visits wondering what customer service will be like that day. 5 stars, Tashia!

Took my car in for a simple recall and I assumed new

Took my car in for a simple recall and I assumed new brakes. Recall handled efficiently and I was informed that I didn't need new brakes. Appreciated the polite and shocking honest service.

Natasha and her team are fantastic!

Natasha and her team are fantastic! She is helpful, very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and cares! Natasha makes sure my vehicle is working properly and safely for myself and my family! I drive a good distance to get this great service! I highly recommend Natasha and Good Chevrolet!

I came in with a radio problem on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe

I came in with a radio problem on my 2003 Chevy Tahoe that I have owned since new. Natashia Wilson before coming in for a service appointment gave me some much needed guidance. When I eventually came in for an appointment she was very helpful and welcoming to Good Chevrolet. She helped me find a solution to my problem and although parts were unavailable from the dealership she pointed me in the right direction to find parts elsewhere. Good Chevrolet is fortunate to have her as an employee. I highly recommend their auto service department. Thank you Natashia!

Had a fine time with the sales guy.

Had a fine time with the sales guy. Brought my own financing, no trade. AND drove 3 hours. I thought it was basically a done deal. Then came the HARD sale on their warranty and gap insurance. Found out at this point the 30k mile warrenty the sales guy told me about before I drove hours was nonapplicable. I said no to two people more than 4 times on their add ons. I then agreed to the warranty that I could cancel in a few months and get most of it back. The math was demonstrated on this refund multiple times and with multiple variables. Still the gap was pushed. Finally the guy said he'd do it free and I gave in, free right? He then moved 1000 from the warrenty to the gap. Just move the money over, same bottomline. It's now after 8. I'm 200 miles from home and it makes sense. Right? I had three hours to think about it on the way home. Double checked the paperwork. Because of this creative accounting that $1000 is now not refundable. He did not offer it free until I said i would take the warrenty and cancel it once the car checked out for my prorated refund.

Excellent customer service in the service department and parts as well! Natasha Wilson in service always goes above and beyond to help her customers and makes sure they are satisfied with the service(s) performed. Would be hard to find a more experienced, honest, and up front service advisor! Natasha truly makes you feel that customer satisfaction is number one. Shout out to Mike Rhodes in parts for his exceptional knowledge and customer service. He also goes out of his way to help his customers find what they need and get it ordered and delivered in a timely manner! Very satisfied with my parts and service experiences and would definitely recommend Natasha Wilson in service and Mike Rhodes in parts!

Service advisor, Jon, very helpful in getting problem

Service advisor, Jon, very helpful in getting problem diagnosed that was fixed under warranty after new part arrived from out of state. Also helpful in arranging repair of another problem in order to avoid long wait for new part out of stock with General Motors.
