As an engineer, his knowledge about the vehicle and the maintenance process was evident, which gave us confidence in the quality of service we were receiving. He was not only professional but also incredibly accommodating, ensuring all our questions were answered thoroughly. A Personal Touch What set Jon apart was his empathy and respect for our personal circumstances. Recognizing my husband’s service as a Navy veteran, Jon went above and beyond by offering an additional 10% discount. This gesture was not only generous but also a testament to his good-hearted nature and respect for those who serve. A Memorable Experience Overall, our experience with the Honda service department was exceptional. The process was very slow and no one could tell me when

The process was very slow and no one could tell me when my car would be shipped. I gave my down payment a week ago and signed the papers a few days ago, had them over nighted and still no one can tell me when my car while arrive.

Service department staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The dealer kept me updated regarding my timing belt service through a Honda mobile app on my phone. I could also contact my service advisor using the app without having to use the phone. AutoNation Honda of Renton has one of the largest dealership facility in the country. The interior showroom can hold more than 25 cars and they provide lots of complementary amenities to make your visit more enjoyable. I purchased my car at AutoNation Honda and they are the only dealership I take my car to for service.

Huge selection with great prices on purchases and trade ins. The facility is in pristine condition. Kurt and Ismail were fabulous. I am a researcher and they offered us the best deal.
