Kyle Patterson went above and beyond!

Kyle was so helpful in breaking down all of the expected (and unexpected) costs for me when I took in my car. When my service check for my older car showed wear, he helped me decide which repairs were urgent versus moderate, patiently explaining the breakdown of each cost on the phone. As a woman who has been treated as unintelligent by car mechanics, technicians, and associates in the past, Kyle helped to dispel that concern. He gave me a clear, full report after the service to show me the results and the state of each of the elements of the 60K Service, and I feel confident preparing for my upcoming road trips!

Great service!

I recently serviced my Honda at the Honda of Seattle and had a great experience. Kyle Patterson helped me and made my visit smooth, stress-free, and easy. Kyle was very friendly, helped me check-in, catch a shuttle to a meeting downtown, and called me as soon as my car was ready for pick-up. Recommend this dealer to others looking for convienent and great service.

Timur

Timur has sold my family and friends roughly 11 cars over the years . He made a comment to me that lucky for him we have all found what we like . My response was, because of you, we will find a car you have whether it was top on our list or not , strictly because of Timur. He is professional, thourough , and to be honest, myself and my extended family will forever go to Honda of Seattle because of him. We will follow timur everywhere he may go. Full Car Detail

I took my very dirty Honda Accord to be detailed. It came back looking fantastic, inside and out (and all the crack and crevasses)! Kyle, who helped me drop off and pick up my car was clear about the process, prompt and very nice.

I had an epiphany

Donika took the time to explain to the the process of my repair - until I understood all the terms of what was going to happen ( now and in the future.). I literally had a lightbulb moment at the dealership! She was patient and polite and professional!

Solid service experience

Kyle Patterson was friendly, and respected my time, correctly understanding that I was squeezing this appointment into my regular business day.
