Burien Chevrolet

After visiting a much less than stellar used car dealer, the folks at Burien were a breath of fresh air. They were professional, honest and open. I went there to look at a truck that sold 10 minutes before I arrived, but they helped me find a newer, truck that I fell in love with almost immediately. Bobby and Galen were extremely helpful an personable. I would highly recommend them and their dealership!

Not communicative other than the 1st and last day car was there. It was sitting there for weeks. Not completely fixed even after all of that time and thousands of dollars in repairs/parts. Had to go there physically a couple of times because my calls and texts went unanswered.

We were very pleased with Romar and his help with purchasing our vehicle from out of state. He was very responsive and sent all information needed to complete paperwork ahead of time. He even went as far as picking us up from the airport and the dealer stayed open an hour late to help us get the purchase finalized. There was a problem with the A/C not working and he got us in to the service department early the next morning. As we were wanting to start the drive north as soon as possible. The dealer has agreed to fix the A/C in our hometown with a local Chevrolet dealer. We would not hesitate to use Burien Chevrolet for the purchase of any vehicle.

They were pushy and never would give me a straight answer for my questions.kept asking me questions about different topics than answers to my questions.

It's easy to see Burien Chevrolet is a family business. There was no non-sense, no pressure. The sales staff, managers and finance were all solution focused on my family's needs. It was a great experience!
