The staff made this car buying experience delightful. I was without a car so someone picked me up at my house and brought me to the dealership. After I purchased the car they went over how to operate the vehicle and called later to see if I had questions or concerns.

Great experience

I started by contacting the dealership about a car I found on Craigslist. We negotiated the price to a fair deal and then set up a time to test drive. Everything was smooth, accommodating, and up front.

Amazing experience!!

This was the best car buying experience we have had! Excellent customer service, high quality vehicles, and a smooth and easy process. We were treated with respect and all of the employees were professional and made the process seamless.

Customer

When I arrived I was early so your staff asked me to come inside and wait. At 8:00 the assistant offered me a seat at his desk and he wss very through about what wss going to be service on my car. We went outside to inspect the mirror issue I thought I had. He explained that to me and there was no problem. The service from the young man was very professional and outstanding customer service. I was very impressed with my service.

I have my windshield replaced, I’m very happy

I m very happy with the person helping me all the way! And keeps me informed what going on and not hesitate go further steps contact other’s windshield company and my insurance to made sure I was covered. A big thanks to Dary Chum

Outstanding Customer service

As always we are very happy with the excellent customer service we received whenever we come in either for oil change or tire change. Over the weekend, we noticed that our tire was low, we came in and Brent Beilke helped us and explained to us about the tire issue we are having. HE is very knowledgeable, very professional and explained to us the pros and cons of purchasing the right tires for our Acura MDX. I highly recommend not only Brent but mostly all of them who works at the Acura of Seattle Tukwila. They are very professional, the facility is very clean, the staff are very welcoming. We bought our SUV here two years ago and my family and I are now solid ACURA family.

Used Toyota Corolla

Tim was great and paperwork streamlined before showed up to finalize deal. Finance wasn't high pressure for add ons like so many are. Car was filled, washed and ready to go.
