The service writer was courteous and professional and promptly called me after the service was completed. He explained the multi point inspection and provided me a cost estimates on the services that still need to be completed.

Unlike other dealer in the area, I got prompt response to my inquiry submitted to their website. Service adviser was courteous and was told how long it would take and actually it took less than that.

They were very professional about everything, and gave us a good deal on the car. The customer service was great since most of us didn’t know english. They were understanding about it and were patient.
