Easy and quick.

My biggest reluctance about purchasing a new vehicle is the time that is spent waiting for anything to happen. Alvin and Sam helped us get through the process painlessly and I didn't feel like I had to lose most of my day waiting. Thanks so much.

The great service after you had done the repairs

I was very impressed with the staff. I had taken the car in for a timing belt, oil change and check out work. I left some coupons for discounts. When I came in to pick up the car I was told that the coupons were too old and couldn't be used and I said that I didn't look at them because I had a couple others at home and could bring them if needed. He told me that he had used a common good customer discount on parts, I think 10%, and that discount ended up being a little better than the coupons I had brought in. So it actually cost less than I had thought. There is nothing wrong with that picture.!!! I can only say thanks and we will be back and refer my friends.

Always great service at NW Honda.

Employees in service department are always courteous and knowledgeable. Wish the wait was shorter. Prices are fair. The service staff are always are great. Would recommend to others.

My experience with Northwest Honda was very positive.

The sales representative, Alvin, was absolutely outstanding. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, and seemed genuinely excited about finding a good car for me. Alvin was very informative and didn't pressure me into purchasing any extras or into purchasing a brand new car. You have a very valuable employee in Alvin. I'm going to recommend him for a sales representative to everyone I know.

Love my CRV

Had so much fun with Bethany. Allowed me lots of time to test drive and work out price. Felt like Family for my day with the staff

Ross Manning

Ross was a great salesman and I enjoyed working with him he was kind and had a lot of knowledge for a young man and in talking we knew the same people so that made me more comfortable and the sale went pretty smooth. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda CHV Good Job Ross !!!!

Honest, Easy and Relatively Painless!

Thanks so much to Chase Timm and the team at Northwest Honda. I also dealt with John Clough, Morocco Safouane, Ross Manning, and Sam Baylasy. All were honest, caring and highly personable. I love my little, white 2016 Honda Fit (her name is "Blanche"!) and have enjoyed zipping around Bellingham and it's environs ever since I made the purchase. I would highly recommend Northwest Honda to anyone looking for an honest deal on a great car!
