Northwest Honda is the place to go. My mom, sister and now I have all bought our cars here. I recently bought my Honda Civic here and I love it. It was everything I was looking for and more. Manjot (Manj) had the car already picked out for me when I arrived. (I had spoke with him previously before coming in for what I was looking for). He was patient and let me explore all the cars and test drive more, but I came back to the one he handpicked for me and it has been great. He was very relaxed and not pushy, and answered questions I had or found me the answer. Even Camille helped me find the best loan and explained everything before I signed and really took the time to answer my questions with no judgement. Wish I lived closer so I could have her serviced at this specific dealer. The people here are great and make buying a car fun and comfortable.

I feel the labor cost was extremely high for changing fluids. This kind of routine stuff should have a labor cost of about half of what it was . $700 + for changing fluids

After trying a few other dealerships and not finding the right fit for my fiancé and I we decided to check out Northwest Honda. They have a good selection of moderately priced vehicles and once we found a few we really wanted to compare we found the staff to be professional and extremely helpful. We didn't feel like a just customers, they treated us with all the respect and care that Bellingham is known for. Needless to say, we highly recommend Northwest Honda to anyone.

Amazing place if your looking for a new or used vehicle. As a first time buyer, I didn't know what to expect but the service was just amazing. Morocco helped me out with a used 2015 Honda Accord, making the whole process easier than I can ever imagine, from test driving to taking my personal brand new car home. He knows what he is doing and makes it a very comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend sending anyone to him and to Northwest Honda in general.
