The whole experience in buying our car at Northweat Honda was as easy and stress free as you can hope for when purchasing a new car. Bethany Page was a wonderful associate who took care of us from when we walked in the door till we drove away in our new car. She took the time to answer all our questions and helped us with the whole process of buying our car. She even took the time to help me with a few more questions a few days after. Sam Baylasy in the finance department was also fantastic in helping us get a great rate and getting us a loan we could easily afford. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was really desperate for a vehicle, I had been on the bus or walking for the last 6-7 months. Bethany was more than willing to help me get out of my position, and provided me with two very good possibilities with a third possibly being available if an offer fell through on it. I enjoyed all three cars and they all seemed great, however I was a little reluctant to just jump into a car loan. I decided to wait the weekend and think about it, and Bethany told me that she would keep an eye out for any trade ins that came in that could possibly work for me. Luckily on Sunday night she messaged me saying they had gotten in a manual Ford Focus with low miles, and they weren't looking for a lot for it. After test driving I knew that I really wanted the car, it checked all the wants I had going into the experience, but it was still a little bit out of my price range. Knowing they weren't gonna go through the trouble of loaning, we were able to negotiate to a price that came perfectly within budget. It was a extremely pleasant experience, and without Bethany I don't know if it would have been possible, I seriously can't thank her and the Northwest Honda team enough.

Found a great 1st "big girl" car for a good price. Bethany was very helpful with the process and arranging for someone to help me with finding a car as she was not going to be in that evening. However, I felt very pressured to buy a car that day (even though I had made my mind up before I entered the dealership that I would buy this car) and to add all these extra packages on. Despite this, everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Would especially recommend working with Bethany in the future.
