Oil change

This is my third vehicle with JT and Milan Mazda. Went in for an oil change. They were prompt, efficient, washed my car, rotated the tires and made my day! Thanks guys!

My service advisor Jeff is the best

Always looking out for their customers

I got a flat tire that was too damaged to be repaired, because at first I didn’t want to drive too far on a small spare I called a few “other” tire stores to try and get a new one. I was jerked around - to say the least - and finally called Kyle at Miliam (where I have all of my car needs taken care of) and he reserved two tires (so as to not mess up my AWD system) and scheduled me for the next morning. When I got there they found that I only actually need one tire not two and washed my car! Everyone at Milam, especially Kyle, is kind - polite and quick to take action. I’ll never make the mistake of trying to go somewhere else for my CX-5 again. Thank you Milam!

Great customer service.

Very friendly and thorough. Car was washed and cleaned up. Easy to get appointment and get in and get out. I will continue to take my car there for service.

Wait time

The only thing I was disappointed with was the wait time. I made an appointment specifically so it would be done when I got off from work. When I arrived they said it would be another hour and half before it was finished. It’s just tough getting the kids from school, daycare and to sports when you car is not finished on time.

Quick and easy process when purchasing our new CX-5

Great folks to work with. From sales to purchase it was a quick and easy process. They spent a good hour going over all the features and how they operate.

Experience speaks for itself

I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with my car buying experience with Rocky at Milam Mazda. This man is a straight shooter and sets your time and comfort as his #1 priority. After being in a car accident a few days prior, that totaled out my wife’s car, we needed someone who cared and listened. Even though he had appointments and business in Tacoma, he still found time to help me when I randomly showed up at the dealership. He was never pushy, overbearing, or demeaning and made this my most memorable and easiest car buying experience. While I was browsing the cars, I noticed a lot of other employees thanking him for lunch. He made a couple dozen lbs of homemade bbq for his Mazda family. You’ll find out really quick, Rocky genuinely cares about his co-workers and customers. Rocky, thanks for putting my time and families needs first. We cannot thank you enough helping us move forward after our car accident. I hope to do business with you in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Friendly and Helpful

This was my first experience buying a car and Tony B was always willing to answer my questions by email, call, or text. He made it personal by asking about me and what I was looking for, sharing about his family and his experience, and just made it personal to where I could trust him. All the other people who were involved in the online sales, the person who showed me how to use the features before I left, and those who worked in the auto body shop to put my last minute floor mat purchase in before leaving the lot were all very friendly and nice. I felt welcomed, always. I'm so glad I went to Milam!

Gives auto dealerships a good reputation

Convenient online appointment and service reservation. Friendly and prompt intake of your car. Clean waiting area. Good estimation of the time it takes to take care of your car. At completion, explaining what was done and anything else they may have found that needs to be taken care of. Excellent customer service.

great service department

The crew at Milum Mazda are great. I have taken my car there for several years and plan to continue to do so. The work is always done in the amount of time expected and they don't try to upsell me on things that aren't required.
