convenience, effectiveness fine, personnell/atitude not so good. I had my rav4 serviced on a Friday, on the following Wed my check engine light came on and I called my service rep Jim who go my vehicle in the next day. I commented to Jim at the time of the appt that his paperwork had my 2016 silver Rav4 and it was totalled and this was a 2017 Blue Rav4. When my daughter took my vehicle into the dealership she was told that I had not taken my vehicle into that dealership but that they would help her anyway. They told her 30 min and it was 2.5 hours. The gas cap did not seal correctly.

Mirror replacement
The repair was made in a timely fashion. Toyota parts were used. There were no negative issues after the installation.

Great service
They found a nail in my tire and took care of it promptly. The only thing I would want is a vacuuming and put some benches outside to enjoy our occasional sunshine. :)

Great sales, nice showroom, slow buying process
Rob Packard, our sales person, was exceptionally professional and a pleasure to deal with. The buying process was painfully slow and even with an appointment took nearly 2 hours to complete.
