The manager willing to work with me about the problem I had with a previous manager who lied to me to make a sale instead of a repair that was covered under warranty.

Awesome service experience

Friendly, professional and honest customer service. I brought my 2016 Prius in every 5000 miles as agreed, concerning the covered maintenance plan. Prior to my latest maintenance appointment, I noticed there was some chipping around the lug nut wells on all of my rims. When I brought it to the customer service team's attention, as at each appointment the tires are rotated, they didn't hesitate to document the issue and follow-up with me to get it fixed.

Prompt answer of phone, polite friendly help. Employees find answer when confronted with variances in account or vehicle information. Happily returned to this dealer when relocating back to area- hands down best service at a Toyota dealer to date.

staff always nice and knowledgeable about products. Service waiting area clean. Service manager always accessible if I have a question or concern.

Courteous, Professional Staff

Always professional and courteous. The popcorn machine is a nice addition! Waiting area is comfortable. Hot fresh coffee was appreciated.
