Great customer service, Michael is a pleasure to work with. My only critique is that in the 2 times I've brought my vehicle in for engine related work, they did not top off the oil afterwards, thus leaving the level slightly lower than when I brought it in. Overall I'd recommend this dealership for reliable, professional, friendly and timely service.

These BMW NW service advisors are long-term employees, Dave and Rich are especially good. They’ve more than earned my business!

BMW NW performed the annual inspection, oil service
BMW NW performed the annual inspection, oil service maintenance, an exterior detailing including wax sealant, plus repaired a slightly damaged wheel - done on time and at the promised costs. Very pleased with everything.
