Austin L. has been my BMW Service Advisor Liason for the entire time I’ve owned my X3. He is always professional, prompt and helpful. He always works hard to find and offer solutions when repairs are needed and always secures a loaner car for me, as he knows as a teacher I need to be at school. I had an appointment last Friday, 11/01/24, to have my winter tires Installed and general overall inspection of my car. All the way from the friendly lady who put the “hat” on my car to be received in reception and then handing over the keys to Rich, all went smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
