Had my oil and brake fluid changed and the mechanic pointed out a few things that needed attention. Knowing that most of us are on a budget, they did not push the work but will put a reminder on the next service. Nice to be able to spread expenses out. Thanks for the "No pressure" attitude!

Great service experience
Ever since I purchased my '09 Accord from Downtown Honda I have taken it to their service department for maintenance (and a few minor repairs). Each time I received exceptional service and customer care. The service advisors are attentive and explain whatever issues might need attention, and they are honest about whether those issues need immediate attention or can wait until the next service period. Keep up the great work!

We were helping our young adult son purchase his first new car. We actually spoke to Bud several months ago and we were looking at the new FIT. We returned and looked at new Civics. Bud was very low pressure. Since my son did not live in Spokane we had a few issues to overcome but Bud was very patient with us and the process. He gave us a very fair deal. Upon delivery he took time to show all of the features of the car and answer any of our son's questions. Overall an excellent experience.

Maintenence package-So Far, So Good!
I bought a maintenance package for my 2013 Accord. It was time for the first oil change and both the dealer and the car let me know it was time. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, was promptly helped. The car got serviced and the exterior was washed before I could return from a breakfast stop at a nearby restaurant. Pleasant, polite people. Professional service. The reality is that you get what you pay for, and right now, I'm glad I paid LHM Downtown Honda for my car and its service!
