Alignment

I had an exceptional experience with my Larry H Miller Honda service. Great customer service and friendly service team. Jim Freet drove me back to work while they worked on my CRV which was very nice.

Our salesman, Harry, was somewhat befuddled at times, and...

Our salesman, Harry, was somewhat befuddled at times, and gave us incorrect information on several items..The vehicle we purchased had to be sent in from Montana. Several days passed with no update from Harry, so I called and found out the vehicle had not even been put in transit yet....updates from Harry would have been valuable to us. Enough for now. Jim, in the service department was extremely courteous and made sure the vehicle accessories were installed correctly and in a timely manner, fact is, Jim is the one who called and told us the vehicle had arrived. My biggest concern would be the lack of communication from the Sales department. In spite, we truely love the vehicle..!!!!! Sincerely........Ron and Zena Baltzell

Good sevice, good coffee

I took my 2013 Honda Civic in for an oil change. The service was great. They even took off my snow tires, and put my summer tires on, at no charge to me.

Took my Pilot in for break work. Was in and out in less than three hours. Very thoughtful, friendly, and reliable staff.

The visit was for routine service. I appreciated being...

The visit was for routine service. I appreciated being able to ask for transportation home in advance and having the request noted by the service people. Although I had a lenghty wait for the shuttle (the roads were icy and city traffic slow), the driver was extremely friendly and courteous. The service took less time than I had expected (I could have easily waited), but the shuttle promptly picked me up and took me to the dealership without my having to call for a ride. Thanks to all.
