Really busy morning.

Really busy morning. Even so, kind, competent courteous service. I'm 77. I appreciated respectful advice given in answer to my questions.

Dropped off my CRV for 30,000 service. The team are friendly and professional. My original sales person is great. Felt like I wasn’t at a dealership. No pressure in buying. Referred a few friends

I had a battery problem and they took my CRV in right

I had a battery problem and they took my CRV in right away and I was back on the road in a few hours. Very efficient!!

Every time I come to this dealership I have a bad

Every time I come to this dealership I have a bad experience. From buying my car to getting it serviced, it's all terrible. I've never waited less than two hours for basic car care such as an oil change or a tire repair. I have been told different information depending on who I talk to. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Unreliable, no integrity, and disorganized, are perfect adjectives to describe Larry H Miller Honda.

The oil change took over 1.

The oil change took over 1.5 hours....nearly two hours....for an appointment. This seems like quite a long time for an oil change...particularly without being notified During the process. (I grew up in SLC, UT w/ Larry Miller's quality/reliable dealership. That is why I made the appt.)
