Lube Oil Filter change
Came in to get me 2017 oil change. Service writer told me It would cost me $90.00. I told the services writer I get my oil changed for zero cost for the life of the lease. Service writer told me I was wrong and this oil change will cost me $90. Onther service writer came over and said he will get one if the finance guys to help me. After waiting the finance guy came to me and told me I was correct I get lof!s done at no cost until the lease is up. I set my appointment for noon which the person I talk to didn’t enter it in to the computer. Anyway it was 330 in the afternoon before I let. Over 3hiurs for LOF Not exceptable

Nick and the crew were fantastic
Great experience. Nick is very caring and is excited about his job. Sales professional for sure. Never high pressure at all. That's why I returned 30 days later to buy from him.

Frustrating
The service manager was great, but I wouldn't have had to deal with him if the other workers would have LISTENED to the answers of the questions they asked...over and over again. I asked to have something removed...over and over again...and yet they installed a replacement.

Shaking Hands with the Best
My experience started with a hug. Unexpected, yes, but it made me feel at ease as I began my search for a new car with my new life as a single woman. Nick ( the Greek ) Daadouch was so kind and informative. He was able to answer every question my son and I threw at him. He was able to come to an agreeable amount for a trade in for my beloved Cadillac and I walked away with a beautiful Honda Civic - sexy black like I have always wanted. Great professional service.
