GREAT Experience!

We bought a 2019 Pilot through Larry H. Miller Spokane Honda. Bill Schulman was our sales representative, he went above and beyond what we have come to expect in terms of customer service. We had the entire deal worked out through internet and phone communication in a day! Making the whole pick up the car process easy and smooth, was Robert in Finance who handled everything efficiently and was very friendly. Bill even managed to teach a non-techy person the technology in the car, no small feat. Can't say enough good things about everyone!

Great Service

Great experience with Brian from downtown Honda. He helped schedule my appt and was very honest and knowledgeable about my concerns with my Honda Pilot. He made sure all my concerns were looked at and really went above and beyond. I highly recommend going here and will definitely be back!

First Time buyers

Bill was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. We went through the Costco program, so it was no fuss, or hassle. We will be purchasing our next car through Bill and Larry H. Miller in the future!

Extended service time

I had an appointment at 11 AM for an oil change and radiator flush. Luckily the Honda service car took me home and picked me up because it took four hours to have the work completed. I felt that was an extremely long service time.

Flakey

I would recommend this dealership but not Robert Mandziara. I don't trust this man to keep his word on anything. Purchase a warranty from him & you will have problems when you use it. This has happened with two vehicles and when I try to get a hold of him to have it fixed I don't get a response. I have to keep hounding him and then he gives me some answer to shut me up for a while. Still waiting on a reimbursement and for him to return my phone call. I have been waiting since December and it is now March.

Great experience

We bought a Honda from Howard 12 years ago. We returned again to have another great experience with Nathan and Robert. We will continue to use Larry H Miller Honda without even considering going elsewhere.

Excellent service again

Stopped in to purchase air filters and discussed the splash cards with the parts individual. He took time to show me the specific parts, then provided me with the accessory parts price list. Immediately went over to the service desk and made and appointment for later that day. Upon arrival for the splash gard installation I inquired if they could just do my 15,000 mile service as well. They had time and had me out under an hour in a Saturday afternoon! Always great service and helpful staff to answer any of your questions.

Purchased and used vehicle

Very friendly and not very pushy and a purchase of a used vehicle. Had some damage on the vehicle that is going to replace it at no extra charge. To me that is taken care of the customer. The sales person very fun to be with

Service dept was fantastic

The service dept did exactly what we discussed as issues whereas in the past, service hadn’t been told by sales of my specific warranty coverage

Brad is the epitome of customer service!

At my previous annual maintenance, Brad gave me the benefit of the doubt on my misunderstanding the 3 oil change package. Several optional maintenance issues were brought to my attention with options on how & when to deal with them. The service technician noted the battery was going bad & suggested I try trickle charging it or get a new one. I tried periodically charging it but our cold snap made this fix marginal. On the day I called to schedule the battery replacement, LHM Honda took care of it in less than the 30 minutes. Brad coordinated this seamlessly & with genuine enthusiasm. Thank you!
