Purchase of used 2015 Honda Pilot

We had issues with the first salesman, but Mark the GSM took care of everything for us and got us set up with Ron who we wanted to work with to begin with, but he was busy at the time with another custimer.

First oil change

On time, no problems. Friendly customer service. But how come no women? While the men were friendly, I would have felt equally comfortable dealing with a women.

Oil Change

Good service and very pleasant and helpful people in the service department. It says there is an API Service Error and this can not be processed. Have no idea how to correct this. You need better directions on how to fill out this survey.

Oil change, insp

Work is always excellent, timely, and reasonable. Brad (service advisor) always helpful and professional. Get the new facility online soon please. Staff and customers deserve better.

Great service!!

We've always had great service at LHM Honda. They are thorough, dependable, and punctual. They clearly explain the service that needs to be done and what has been done. A big plus for us is that they are always very punctual: when they say how long the service will take, they often finish the work before the deadline. We've never had any issues with the work they've done. When we've purchased vehicles, they've always provided all the info about the new vehicle we needed to make a well-informed purchase. The sales reps have been very knowledgeable.

Third car purchased

This is the third Honda I've purchased at Downtown Honda. I used the same salesman for the first two purchases and I knew he had left, so was hoping I'd get someone as good. I did. Our salesman, Michael, was very helpful and not high pressure at all.

Nick was amazing! From the time I pulled into the parking lot, he listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to help me find it. The experience was great from beginning to end!

MY VISIT

Not sure why they can't keep tires that fit my vehicle and wait for 3 days to get in Seems if they sell CRV then they should have tires on hand an in stock

Went in for a possible fluid leak. They checked my car over and didn't find anything then to my surprise no charge for the time. Thanks
