Autonation gets it right.

They are really on their game. The buying process was smooth with no tricks or misuse of communication. The service process is also very stress-free. Everything is carefully explained and any questions are thoroughly answered. There are no unnecessary repairs recommended.

Amazing!

Our experience was fantastic! we went in with an open mind but locked in our needs. The staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable and cared for what we needed. They didnt push us into anything and allowed us to make our own decisions. I highly recommend Autonation Toyota and will be my #1 stop for vehicle purchases!

My wife and I had a terrible experience working with...

My wife and I had a terrible experience working with Wayne at Toyota autonation. We were told the truck we wanted to look at would be ready multiple times. After we were told the truck was ready for us, we drove the 4 hour round trip to spokane only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to it. The vehicle wasn't detailed and none of issues that the truck had were fixed yet (even though we were told they had been). I had also asked for the inspection report 5 times and they never gave it to me. They constantly pressured me to start the paperwork and Wayne was furious when I told him I didn't want the truck. He argued and basically told me every other truck make was junk. He also told me that the truck was in 9.5 out of 10 in condition. When I got to the dealership I found out that the truck had rust underneath, chipped hood with many tiny rusting spots, broken tailgate handle, broken canopy, dents and scratches, and no maintenance records . The vehicle was also very sunfaded. The biggest issue was that my wife and I were lied to multiple times about the exterior, interior and mechanical condition of the truck, and the car salesman was arrogant and very short tempered. We will never be going back to this dealership.

After 15 years, I still come to Auto Nation to have my car serviced. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable when it comes to the needs of my car. They are the best.

Buyer Beware

AutoNation Toyota sold us a Highlander. They mentioned in passing that the car was from Canada. They didn?t mention that the entire car read in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. We noticed this after getting the car home (stupid us but we were more focused on the engine and safety features working, not what the temp read!!) but after a quick Google, it seemed like it just needed the settings to be changed as Corolla?s, Prius? just need a couple of button pushes and it switches. No big deal. We called right away to ask about this. After putting off our phone call for a couple of days (we called several times) they informed us that highlanders don?t have the ability to change from C to F. They also informed it that the time to return the car had passed. Buyer beware!! This company will let important details ?slip their minds?, then won?t return phone calls during the vehicle return window. We?ve been working with them trying to make this right but it?s been like pulling teeth. They want nothing to do with us now that they have our check.

Not impressed with the service shop

My trucks driver seat squeaks and I made an appointment for it. The tech that was working on it came in and asked me to show him cause he couldn?t get it to make noise. I showed him and made it squeak.... that?s where you dropped me and said it?s normal, my truck has 6k miles and no other Tacoma I have ever drove does that. I work on cars/trucks every day at my job and have driven over 100 Tacoma?s. None of those ones driver seat makes that noise??

Auto Nation Toyota Purchase experience

Our purchasing experience at Auto Nation Toyota was very pleasant and easy. The Salesman knew what he was talking about and provided different options, the Sales Manager did the same, and the Finance Manager did a very good job at describing what the various options included.
