Extra wait time for no reason at all. The technician finished then proceeded to talk to his coworker for 45 min after he last touched my car. I went to the service adviser for an update he said the tech was still working on the car. Then when the adviser said it was finished it took another 40 for the guy who brings out cars to get my car because he was hanging out in his friend’s car yapping it up

If you expect customer service here you will be disappointed. The communication is awful. I talked to 4 different people all of which appeared not to know what the other was doing. You will receive an inquiry - ask a question - and never hear back.
