This dealership is fantastic. Sadiya Afrin was the most professional and pleasant salesperson I've ever worked with at a dealership. She made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Despite it being late in the evening and after a long, busy day, she stayed well past closing hours to ensure everything was handled, so I could drive away in my new vehicle. If I had cash on me, I would have gladly given her a tip for her outstanding service. I've noticed that most of the staff are highly professional and stay calm under pressure. I really appreciate how well the team works together and supports each other. A special thanks to April Connor—she’s an excellent manager who handles everything with ease. Alexander Matallana was also a pleasure to work with. It's clear they all collaborate as a united team, which is truly special. Overall, this dealership is great. However, my experience with the service department has been less than ideal.

My experience with Mohammed was exceptional, be was down to earth, honest, considerate, and does his job with integrity. Broke down numbers to me from a wholesale and Auction market for my vehicle- showed me the numbers on what it was worth compared to market value and made me a great offer that I’ll most likely consider. Not too many people in this industry do their jobs like Mohammed but I can assure you anytime in the future if I change my mind and want to get back into another vehicle I will be seeing him specifically’

This is the 6th car I bought from Paragon Acura through Peter. The guy is the best salesman anyone could work with. He doesn't play games and doesn't add unnecessary fees to the purchase. The deal I got was amazing, like always, and he's quick to address any issue with the process or even the vehicle after the purchase. I will be doing more business with Peter in the future since I never had a problem with any of the cars that I purchased from him.

We leased a new 2024 MDX from Paragon Acura in June of
We leased a new 2024 MDX from Paragon Acura in June of 2024, within 6 months it had 3 separate mechanical problems including completely stalling in the middle of a busy highway putting our family in danger. Justin Hili the Sales Manager told me that 'we only sell the cars, we don't make the cars' and told us that it was our responsibility to work with the factory to rectify the situation. We have been bounced between the dealership and the factory with neither willing to take responsibility. Do not use a dealer who is not willing to stand behind their product.
