Derek was wonderful to work with. He listened to us and honored our wishes while searching for our next vehicle. Herb on the other hand, almost lost the entire sale. We were very upfront about the bottom line was the price. We didn't want to be hounded about pricing/negotiating. We want bottom lines and made our decision off the bottom line he gave. Then when he did not get the response he wanted he continued to try to push us into buying additional coverage we already said no to. He even tried dropping the price again, which was quite offensive because we already asked for lowest price. We almost walked away from the entire sale because of his interaction.

Steve Frazier at James Woods was friendly and wonderful. Great salesman. Steve found us a nice truck we liked, but he found something wrong with it. He said they couldn't sell it to us. They said That just wouldn't be the right thing to do. Good honest people. He found us a bright red even nicer truck. We Love it. Baxter Cooper in finance worked hard to get us a loan for the truck. Very friendly man. Now we have credit.Thank you to these guys at James Woods. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Love these guys! Great place to buy a vehicle.

Dane Shelton in finance was also great. Neither one of the gentlemen were pushy. I’ve had that experience before at other dealerships and i did not like it. It was a great experience.
