Brought car into dealership for a recall. Kept it for about 4-5 hours and received a loaner car. Very smooth experience handled by professional staff in service department.

Was looking for a new car (lease), knowing the market was not in the best shape. Out of all the dealerships I went to, this one gave me the best deal. Didn’t jack up prices and worked with my budget. Salesman (Brandon), was very straightforward.

Great prices in service department and no up selling. Video of the car inspection is a nice new perk. Super clean work and waiting area. I drive out of my way to have service done here.

Ramsey Mazda always charges a fair price, the service is efficient and courteous and (unlike a certain dealership selling German cars I once used) does not find thousands of dollars of unnecessary work to perform.

I loved Mazda NJ service, efficient and staff were great. I had a tire pressure came up last night while driving home that is Friday and I was concerned, called up Mazda Ramsey NJ this am and acomodate me and fixed it same day. Todd is awesome and Mary Ann, the secretary that pick up the calls was flexible and assess my needs about new tire. Awesome job and service. Also, I liked the video about inspections of my Mazda CX5 and of course the free car wash. All the staff in Mazda Ramsey NJ were friendly and on top of their work. Good job!!!

Fast and efficient. I came in to get my car serviced and was able to take the shuttle quickly to a nearby cafe. The whole service was done efficiently in under an hour.

Taking my car to Ramsey Mazda for service since I purchased it 10 years ago! Excellent service every time! Love the building renovation and comfortable waiting area. They are a horrible place to deal with especially there service department my car has been there 5 times the first time it was an issue I had with the car everyone after that it’s cause of something they touched that had to be repaired again

Always give good deals and service experience is good; the dealer is always honest and friendly and never gouges customers. Unlike one high end car dealership in Bergen County NJ that charged me over $2,000 for a service after about 25k miles. There is a reason why I switched from that German brand to Mazda…
