Dropped my cx3 last night for a scheduled oil change this morning.. Service Consultant Todd Stack who has always gone above and beyond when taking care of my car, sent me a text with a link to my car and an incredible video showing and explaining in detail everything that was checked under the hood and the brakes, tires and suspension underneath. This was incredible to see and hear!! Since the car owners aren’t allowed to stand in the work area for safety reasons, this video gave me a closeup view with information. I’m very impressed! I love my CX3 and Ramsey Mazda has always taken good care of my car and me, from the salesman we worked with to lease this car, to the manager who guided my husband and I through purchasing the car at the end of its lease.

We have bought and leased four CX-5’s from Ramsey Mazda in NJ since 2016, and we have to say thank you. We have mainly worked with Victor Jacobson for all our purchases. We have referred co-workers, family, and other friends to Victor and Ramsey, and they have all been individually cared for and satisfied with their purchases. They have purchased New and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) CX5’s. Yes, we are very biased to the CX5! It’s our favorite! The CX5 is a great value of offerings and features at a reasonable price, especially when compared to some higher costing luxury brands with only 1/2 or comparably equipped models. Those higher costing brands appear to always be trying to turn you upside down and shake every dollar out of your pocket. This is not the case with Mazda. Mazda cares about the experience, reliability, and the practicality of their vehicles. The CX5 is a classy and well-built suv. We have driven our Grand Touring AWD CX5’s cross-country, in heavy rains and snow, in mud, dirt, high and low temperatures, at highway speeds for long hours durations ranging from 5-12 hrs at a time, packed full with people, our pet, luggage and appliances, mattresses and furniture loaded up to the max, with all the USB ports loaded up and electronics in full play mode. The CX5’s all held up well and performed beautifully without any drama. This is why we keep going back to Mazda, and to great individuals like Victor that believe in their product, and have a passion for durable and aesthetically pleasing automobiles that people actually want to drive and own. We need more thoughtful and hardworking individuals like Victor and the great Sales and Service Teams at Ramsey like Mike, Adonis, Donovan, Joe, Lou, Willy, Krystal, Jim, Shannon, Justin, Erik, and so many others that I do not have room enough to mention. These suvs are more than just cars, but rather are significant tools and bridges to helping life progress. So many great experiences and events have happened because of those CX5’s! All we can say is Thank You Mazda for making such wonderful and durable products that people actually enjoy driving, and for allowing such genuinely caring and diligent individuals like Victor and the Ramsey Mazda Teams to help motorists like ourselves to be safe, to keep some cash in our pockets, and to have more peace of mind knowing that we made the right choice. Keep building more Mazda! It’s a reassurance that Good and Beauty will always win out despite the daily challenges facing our world. We need such creativity and brilliance to continue! Build more, Mazda, and we will be back to buy another. And thanks again, Victor, for helping to make all of this possible.
