Called about a truck in The lineup was told the truck was 54000.00 i asked to clarify its the correct truck the one that has the plow was told yes made an appointment to test it out then i was told i couldn't drive it yet they just got it on a trade i was ok with that did all the paperwork was ready to put my money down and was then informed plow was coming off so they hit my credit with the application wasted about 4.5 hrs of my day between driving there and waiting for nothing salesman was trying to get the deal but the person who traded it in was keeping the plow so it shouldn't have been sitting out with the cars for sale and told it was a package deal very poor communication wouldn't try to find a plow to have installed no options but offered to dicount 500 it would cost me 5000 for another plow poor customer service for what i was told to almost locking in the deal management couldn't even come see me there self

What a wonderful buying experience!
My husband & I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu on 8/26/22. Joshua Squires was the sales associate that helped us. He took his time with us and he was so patient & answered any questions that we had. I had questions regarding OnStar and the My Chevrolet app and he put my mind at ease. Service Representative Justin Lyons in the Chrysler Service department is an outstanding customer relations employee. An asset to the Drivers Village organization. In the past few years I have always appreciated his information and the respectful way he listens to my concerns about all maintenance on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. Lousy customer service
Horrible service. I called today to make ask about getting an estimate for my vehicle. I was told I should make an appointment. The entire afternoon was open except for 4pm. I chose 2:30 and arrived promptly. I was greeted immediately but was re-asked all the information that I had already given over the phone. I was then told it would be "15 or 20 minutes." After a half hour, I noticed my car hadn't been moved yet. So I asked how much longer it would be. I was told that "they're working on the quote now" and that they had already inspected and driven it and that it would be "another 15 or 20 minutes." But the car clearly hadn't moved.... I explained that if it was going to be any longer than 20 minutes, then I needed to leave and a guy came out from around the counter and handed me my keys and said, "It's going to be longer than 20 minutes..." So after all this misinformation and unprofessionalism - and time wasted - I left.... Later, I called to make a new appointment and was told that the reason my wait was so long was that they were short-staffed and that they had "so many appointments today". But as I stated, when I called, I was informed that almost the entire afternoon was open. When I explained that to the person on the phone, I was then told that other people that had appointments showed up early and that because of that, I was waiting behind them. (I'm not sure who these mystery people were because they have a monitor and the only name on it was mine, and the person for the 4pm appointment) Regardless of whether or not this was somehow true, instead of telling other people they are too early, their policy is to make someone that is on time - such as me - wait behind them.... As far as being "short-staffed" they don't seem to have any problem finding people to greet you and take your keys. There were like 8 of them. They know that once they get your keys, you'll have to wait so they can just deceive you about how long your wait will be. After all, you can't leave without your keys! This place is like a factory assembly line. There is no feeling of personal service. Nobody there knows what anyone else is doing - or has done. So unless you have hours of time to waste waiting once you arrive and money for gas to waste getting there, don't bother with this place. What a waste of a day..

Fruit stand
You got 1 cuz can't go lower. Purchased car in may oil change light came on,then oil pressure came on shortly after got oil changed down 2- 3 quarts tells me something catastrophic could happen. Times are tough but selling fruit? smh very disappointed!!!

Not willing to compromise
Wasn’t happy with the salesperson, unwilling to compromise and didn’t have all the information about pre-owned lease. After it was confirmed by manager never got back to me on lease payment until I sent a message and reply leasing wasn’t payment isn’t lower than buying. I’ve leased for years and I know how it all works. Just not a good feeling about the salesperson and customer service wasn’t there.

Being lied to about financing
I just did a financing Burdick in driver's village and was told I approved for financing. And this was online. Then I had to call the sales person back they didn't have the common Curtisy to call me back to tell I wasn't approved. I'm totally disgusted. I can't believe the system lies. Congratulations. You guys are liars. And your sales people can't call me back. What cause your not not making a sale. I feel like I was lied to.i got 2 Congratulations. If anyone asks if they should go there I would tell them. Heck no. They are liars and there customer service socks.
