I have found that MB of Melbourne is excellent in all departments. I have purchased a lot of new cars over the years and i am impressed with the entire buying/ownership/service experience here.

20,000 miles service

Heather was a great service advisor. I'm was concerned as I dealt with 3 service advisors from the time I set my appointment to my service date. The prior two are no longer with the dealership

Major repair and regular service

I have always gotten great service at Mercedes of Melbourne. I had my car in for a major repair and service. My car is always washed and looking great when I pick it up. However, this time, it was very dirty and the gas tank was on reserve; not that I expect it to be full of gas but I did not take it in with an empty gas tank.

Used car buyer

Superb product knowledge and courtesy from salesman (John) to closing "agent". Vehicle was extremely clean and ready to go when we finished signing. Smoothest car buying experience I have ever experienced.

Took my car in for regular service. This is a Benz/Porsche/Audi dealership so a certain level of customer amenities is expected. They did a fine job with the service, but for the prices we’re paying, I expect a bathroom door that locks, someone to know the WiFi password, and the food options listed on the menu to actually be available.
