I was traveling though Chattanooga and had an issue with

I was traveling though Chattanooga and had an issue with my gas lid not opening (big issue, when I needed gas). I called the service Department on Saturday and spoke to Juan. If I could give him 10 Stars I would. He was extremely helpful and assured me they could resolve the issue to get me back on the road. Without having an appointment on Saturday, he got us in, explained the issue to me in great detail, and even had the part in stock to fix it. I was in and out in less than an hour. Juan went above and beyond with us, and I am extremely grateful!! On another note, Juan may need to look into employment at Mercedes of Knoxville. :) JK!

I had the experience my mother and myself working with James Odom and he took care of us he gave my mom a tutorial of the car .we knew what we wanted because we visited the day before they made it work James and his smile and patience with my mom was amazing! They worked a deal and my mom walked away with her dream car and I wanna say thank you and my momma says thank you . James and Jalen I’ll be back my friends .

Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga were so helpful and have been exceptional to work with. James did an amazing job taking us through the journey process in finding our new vehicle. 1-Star Review for Long Hyundai My experience at Long Hyundai was nothing short of dreadful. The entire process was painfully slow and inefficient. Despite having a check in hand, I was forced to wait over an hour just to pay—and even after that, the car I purchased wasn’t ready. The lobby was extremely uncomfortable: hard chairs, inadequate air conditioning, and the sun beating through the windows made it feel like a sauna. The day before, during my test drive, I witnessed employees and even a manager in a loud, unprofessional shouting match right in front of customers. The whole experience felt like they completely forgot about customer service. I’ve never been so happy to leave a dealership in my life. No car deal is worth dealing with the people at Long Hyundai.

Parts dept stinks.

Parts dept stinks. Does not answer phone or return calls. Never can speak to parts manager. I recommend Clayton Volvo Parts, ask for Thomas the Parts Manager, he will answer phone and get parts correct and delivered on time. I am located 12 miles from Chattanooga dealer and can not get service.
