Very Clean.

Very Clean.......I was Greeted quickly, the accommodation of my needs Met! My salesman Cedric was very kind and Professional. I would and will recommend my Family and Friends to Long. I was walked through the process. Which took approx. 3 days, but was well worth the wait! My salesman told me if I had any issues I could give him a call.....now that really impressed me because once I had my car, he could had been done; however that was not the case. I was blessed!

Had the best experience with Neil Sobel. Undeniably the best person who works with the whole team to make sure things go smoothly. Not once did I feel as though I was taken advantage of. Not once did I feel as though as my questions were silly. Found a stunning red GLC purchased with the help of a true to market fair trade-in which was much appreciated. Complete disclosure, my family has been purchasing cars from Neil for a very long time. We have become family. We appreciate the Long dealership and service team too for all the support and help along the way from my childhood up and through family challenges (trust me, older drivers are not easy) We are deeply grateful. As per finding Neil, you will recognize him with his long silver hair, deep tan and snappy shoes.

I was traveling though Chattanooga and had an issue with

I was traveling though Chattanooga and had an issue with my gas lid not opening (big issue, when I needed gas). I called the service Department on Saturday and spoke to Juan. If I could give him 10 Stars I would. He was extremely helpful and assured me they could resolve the issue to get me back on the road. Without having an appointment on Saturday, he got us in, explained the issue to me in great detail, and even had the part in stock to fix it. I was in and out in less than an hour. Juan went above and beyond with us, and I am extremely grateful!! On another note, Juan may need to look into employment at Mercedes of Knoxville. :) JK!
