He was very helpful in explaining questions we had about the vehicles we were interested in comparing. His demeanor put us at ease and helped through the entire process. He was very professional and we really never felt "pressured" to make a quick decision, which normally has been the case with dealers we have used in the past. We take him at his word that any service we need to get on the vehicle in the future will be a good experience. We will recommend people to go to Tom Gill and definitely ask for Dontae if they are in the market for a car.
